Almost 17 years ago, Ken met an extraordinary young woman named Heidi Snow. Heidi had started a non-profit foundation after her fiancé died in the TWA Flight 800 air disaster. Her noble vision: insure that families who lost a loved one in an aircraft disaster would not have to walk alone in their grief. Over the years, Ken has donated his time to train volunteers who become ACCESS’ Grief Mentors, a majority of whom lost loved ones in air disasters.
Having trained CEO’s and professionals in business, health, education, law enforcement, media, emergency response and marketing for over 30 years in high-level facilitation, communications, team building, crisis response and organizational effectiveness, Ken is one of the select few master trainers/facilitators with the skill and experience to do “real time process work” with individuals, families or groups.
